ジョン・ビリング 再来日 2022
親愛なる日本の皆様へ
私は今年9月の来日をとても幸せに感じています。
日本への渡航がだんだんと希望が見え始め、さらにコロナの状況がその時分、より改善されますように心から祈っております。
本当に考えられないような困難な時代を私達は過ごしています。
でもポジティブに考え希望を忘れずにいましょう。
私の日本の前回の記憶は2020年
パンデミックの始まりと同時に来日し、世間では立て続けにたくさんのコンサートが中止になった中、幸運にも3月は沖縄8月には北海道など、他にもいくつかのイベントを開催する事ができました。
空港閉鎖など飛行機が飛ばない理由で帰国できず6ヶ月間日本へ滞在しビザを延長しなければならなかった事もありました。
今回わたしは新たに作曲した、たくさんの新曲をお持ちします！
そして出来る限りたくさんの方々へ紹介し共有したいと考えています！
親愛なる日本の皆様！
再会し皆様の為に再びライアーを演奏すること
再び一緒に音を奏で響き合うこと
再び演奏し心を癒す時間を持つこと
それができなくて私はどんなに寂しく、そしてそれを
待ち望んでいたでしょうか！
だからこそ今回の来日と再会を
本当に楽しみにしております。

Dear Friends in Japan!
I am so excited and happy to think of coming to Japan in September! It is beginning to look like it will be possible and I am hoping and praying that the Covid situation will be much better by then.
What a difficult time we have all had – let’s think positively and hope for better times.
My last memories of Japan are from 2020; I arrived just in time for the pandemic to start and many concerts were cancelled although fortunately it was possible to do some events and I was able to fly to Okinawa in March and to Hokkaido in August. Yes! Six months I stayed in Japan: I had to get an extension to my visa.
At that time I brought newly composed music with me which I wanted to share with all of you: well at least I could share with a few people. And since that time I have composed many new pieces which I am eager to share – I hope this time it will be possible.
My dear friends in Japan, I have missed you a lot and I am really looking forward to seeing you again, to playing my lyre for you again and playing with you again and hearing you playing again!
Until then please stay safe and healthy and please keep your spirits up!
